Find out whether your Etsy shop actually made money.

Your Etsy statement lists every sale, fee, tax and refund, but it never tells you your profit. NVC Books turns it into a real profit and loss account for each shop and each month. It includes the cost of goods and your overheads, and it splits the profit between everyone who shares it.

A statement you can trust to the penny

Every figure traces back to the Etsy lines that produced it. Every import proves it is complete: rows in equal rows kept plus rows skipped, and the total matches the statement's own total.

  • Links each fee, VAT and tax line to the order it belongs to
  • Keeps shop-level charges such as listing fees and ads separate, and never spreads them across orders
  • Books a late refund in the month it happened, never in the month already reported
  • Closes a month so a figure you have already agreed cannot move

How it works

Built for solo sellers and for agencies that run shops for other people.

01

Bring in your statement

Upload the monthly statement CSV from your Etsy shop. When it is available, you can instead connect your shop with read-only access.

02

Add your costs

Enter the cost of goods, postage and overheads. Stock is costed first in, first out.

03

Read your real profit

See a profit and loss account per shop and per month, with a comparison to the previous month.

04

Share and settle

Split the profit between the partners and send each client a statement of their share.

Your Etsy data, handled carefully

When you connect a shop, NVC Books asks Etsy only for read access to your shop, orders and payment records. It cannot change your listings, prices or orders.

  • We never sell your data or your buyers' data
  • Buyer addresses are used only to ship an order, then deleted
  • You can disconnect at any time, from NVC Books or from your Etsy account
  • You can export all of your records whenever you want them
